Our Prom Package includes:

  • Hire of The Beaverwood venue from 7pm - midnight. 

  • Sequin backdrop with balloons, neon sign and illuminated numbers.

  • Photo booth + props

  • Red carpet with ropes and stanchions

  • Tables, chairs and glassware

  • Lighting package; choice of colour throughout

  • Access from 3pm for decorating

  • On site parking for up to 45 cars

  • Outside gazebo

  • Air conditioned/heated

  • Heated outside area
