Soul Night

Come and enjoy a night of sensational Soul Music with DJ Collins from SoulGroove Radio.

Venue: The Marquee

Time: 8pm – 1am (no admission after 10pm)

Dress Code: smart (no t-shirts, trainers, ripped jeans, shorts)

Age restriction: 25+

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone we consider inappropriately dressed, or who we believe is drunk or underage, or acting in an abusive manner towards our staff or other guests.

This will be a ticketed event only: £10.50  (No membership fees)

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to government restrictions, in which case you will be offered an exchange to another date, or a refund. By purchasing tickets, you agree to these terms.

Loyalty Card Scheme.

We are pleased to announce that we have re-introduced our Club Night loyalty cards. Previous loyalty cards that you may hold will be valid and any stamps carried over. If you don’t have a loyalty card, simply pick one up at your next visit and get it stamped each time you come along to a Club or Soul Night. After 4 visits, the 5th one is free!

As we now have a ticketing system in place, please note that to redeem your free visit, you will need to email us at: hello@thebeaverwood.com and let us know which Club/Soul Night you would like to come along to. We will then add your name to the guest list for your chosen date. Please note that your free visit is not available for our Christmas Club/Soul nights on 3rd December, 10thDecember, or 17th December.

Attending events

Please remember, it is important that you do not attend The Beaverwood if you:

• believe  you may be infected with COVID-19, whether you have symptoms or not
• have  experienced symptoms in the last 14 days
• have  been in close proximity to anyone who has experienced symptoms in the last 14 days
• have  arrived in England in the last 14 days from a country where UK quarantine  restrictions apply
• have  been instructed to self-isolate

We encourage anyone in your group that is clinically vulnerable, or who is in the same household or support bubble as someone who considers themselves vulnerable, to make their own assessment whether they should attend.

Access

The Club House has now been demolished and is being redeveloped - please excuse our appearance while we build a fantastic new venue! Access is via a flat footpath with handrail approximately 70 metres long. It is suitable for wheelchairs.
