Do you sell tickets over the phone?No. Tickets can be purchased online or on the door (providing the event is not sold out).

My ticket hasn't come through. What should I do?Firstly, check your spam folder. If they're not there, get in touch with us and we will check it out for you.

I am unable to make the event. Can I get a refund on my ticket?No, sorry. Refunds only apply to events that are cancelled or rescheduled.

What’s the latest time I can turn up at an event?There is no admission after 10pm.

If an event is sold out, can I still get a ticket?Sorry, but sold out, means sold out! Keep an eye on the event thought as occasionally, a few may become available nearer the time. Please note that we do not keep a reserve list.

Can I pay with cash / card / contactless at the bar?We accept cash, contactless and card payments (although we do not accept Amex).

Do you sell non-alcoholic drinks?As well as soft drinks, we cater for each type of lager / stout / ale with a non alcoholic option, sold by the bottle.

What is Challenge 25?Challenge 25 is a scheme that encourages anyone who is over 18 but looks under 25 to carry acceptable ID when they want to buy alcohol.

What food is available?We offer a limited range of bar snacks including nuts / crisps.

How can I find out about door times?The website event page will state the time the doors open and what time the event finishes. For stage or performance times, we don't publish these as all timings are subject to change and all bands are different. But generally speaking, bands start around 8.15/8.30pm.

Is there a dress code?Not for our Band Nights, but for our Club and Soul Nights our dress code is smart (no t-shirts, trainers, ripped jeans, shorts).

Is there seating available at your band nights?Our Band Nights are standing events. There is bookable seating (Impaired/Priority Seating) available around the room at the rear, which is for those unable to stand/have difficulty standing for any length of time, or who are physically disabled.

Can I bring a child along to a band night?Children aged 12 plus are welcome at our Band Nights, but please note they must be accompanied by a responsible adult and be aware that it is an adult environment.

Is there seating available at your Club / Soul / Party Nights?Our Club / Soul / Party Nights are standing events. There is seating available around the room on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note we do not reserve seats for these events.

Is there a car park?Yes, we have a car park on site with 45 spaces (including two disabled space). There is also parking available on Beaverwood Road.

Can I leave my car overnight and collect it the following day?Yes, you can leave your car overnight at your own risk. Our gates are locked overnight. You will need to collect your car between 7.30 am and 10.30 am, the following morning, after which time our gates will be locked again.

Is there a cloakroom?We have a cloakroom where we charge a small fee per item.

I lost something at an event, what do I do?If you’ve lost something, we’ll hold it for seven days. Just let us know what’s gone missing, when, and where you lost it and contact us – if we find it, we’ll let you know.
