Celebrate the end of an era, your exams, or both!
We have welcomed many local schools and colleges to The Beaverwood and our special Proms venue hire package will make your event, a night to remember.
Our Prom Package includes:

Hire of The Beaverwood venue on either a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday night from 7pm - 11pm.

Tables, chairs, and glassware.

Red carpet and stanchions

Lighting package; choice of colour throughout

Afternoon access for decorating/set up

On site parking

Outside gazebo

Outside seating area

Air conditioned/heated
We will require between 8 and 10 teachers or responsible adults to be at your Prom.
Our Prom Package is for Year 13 students and older.
